Production technology and standards<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Elixir Zorka\u2019s production includes a variety of formulations for complex, top quality mineral fertilizers, with a high concentration of nutrients, uniform granulation and high water solubility in soil.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most modern technological solutions were applied during factory design so that the factory completely meets domestic and European standards of quality as well as the strictest European ecological norms. The built-in equipment and technology is in line with BAT requirements for the production of NPK fertilizers while the production processes are aligned with the HAZOP analysis system.<\/p>\n\n\n

Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elixir Zorka\u2019s complex mineral fertilizers are produced by a chemical reaction, which develops between liquid components in a tubular reactor, reinforced with highly soluble substances easily adapted to all plant crops and soil types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The chemical granulation process has a number of advantages over other available technologies for the production of mineral fertilizers, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Possibility of obtaining a wide variety of NP, PK and NPK formulations<\/li>
  • High and uniform quality of granules in the final product<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Elixir Zorka uses DRUM DEN<\/strong> technology during the production of complex mineral fertilizers which allows homogeneity of the reaction mass, high reactivity and the use of active substances.     • Dust Prills Free (DPF) technology that prevents the appearance of dust particles in the final product<\/li>
    • Microgran technology specially designed for the production of granules measuring 0.5-1.2 mm.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Production processes at Elixir Zorka\u2019s mineral fertilizer plant in \u0160abac have been harmonized with domestic and European regulations for the production and trade of mineral fertilizers in the Republic of Serbia, EU Member States and other countries that have aligned their regulations with the EU, which, among others, relates to the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • REACH Regulation EU 2007<\/li>
      • EC FERTILIZER \u2013 EU Regulation (EC) No 2003\/2003<\/li>
      • Law on Plant Nutrition Products and Soil Improvers, Republic of Serbia<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Elixir Zorka has implemented the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and SA 8000:2014 standards. Certification procedures have been completed for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHAS 18001.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
